In-Store Pickup

For your convenience, you can shop online and pick up at one of our Korna locations.

You can shop as you regularly would online and then when it comes time to check out, select ‘Pickup in ______ Store’. Please put your license plate and make of car in the notes section. You will need to enter your credit card information however this is just a preauthorization, you will not be charged.

For the next day pick up, please order before 4 pm the day before. Pick up times are between 9 am and 4 pm.
 

In the instance item(s) are not available from your order, you will receive a phone call offering you a replacement option(s).

 

When you arrive at the store


Please park in the customer parking for North Vancouver and Coquitlam. Our Kitsilano customers will need to park Eastbound on West Broadway or in the first two spaces Southbound on Maple.

For Kitsilano customers, please let our staff know which street you are parked on.

A team member will bring your order and a sanitized pin pad out to accept payment.
For safety, Kitsilano customers must roll down their passenger side window to accept payment.

All orders will be cancelled if not picked up the next day.

  2. Get some rest, you deserve it!
  3. When you arrive at the store, call the store & select the extension for your location. See above.
  4. Provide your name to the associate
  5. A team member will bring you your order and pin pad
  6. Please open your trunk or door for order delivery

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if an item is eligible for pick up?

The 'in-store pickup' option will be indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart if the product you’ve selected is eligible for pick up.

When do I pick up my order?

Items ordered by 4 pm are available for the next day to pick up between 9 am and 4 pm.

Where do I go and what do I bring with me to the store?

Please park in the customer parking for North Vancouver and Coquitlam. Our Kitsilano customers will need to park Eastbound on West Broadway or in the first two spaces Southbound on Maple. Please bring a valid Credit Card or a tap capable Debit Card.
 

Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?

Coupons are not currently accepted for in-store pickup orders. Account discounts will be added by a team member before pickup.

 

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Orders not picked up on their scheduled pickup day (for orders before 4 pm, the next day. For orders made after 4 pm, two days later) will be cancelled and put back in stock.

All refunds will have to be done in store.

 

Why does my credit card show it has been charged already?

Card payments are authorized by the issuing bank at the moment of purchase.  A captured transaction means that the merchant receives the funds previously put on hold by the issuing bank.

We use the 'Delayed Capture' method. So, your card transaction will be finalized at the time when one of our order processors actually process your order at the store.

For in-store pickup orders, we will cancel these orders from the web store and you will be paying when you pick up the orders from the store. Therefore, you will get an email notification from the web store team that your order has been updated(cancelled). But, the order is not really cancelled and moved to the store level.
