Birthdays!
When you sign up for our VIP Club, we’ll ask for your pet’s name and birthday, and your pet will receive a birthday present from Korna every year!
Just come on into our store the week of your pet’s birthday and receive a free gift! Don’t worry we didn’t forget you. Pet owners get a little gift on their birthday too.
Senior's Day
The last Thursday of every month is Seniors’ Day. Save 10% on regular-priced merchandise. Discounts apply to regular priced merchandise on Seniors’ Day only. Must be at least 60 years of age and be a valid Korna Loyalty member to qualify for the discount. Excludes sale items and gift cards. Not combinable with other offers. Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd., reserves the right to change the date of Seniors’ Day, or discontinue without notice.
Korna Loyalty Frequent Buyer Programs
Buy x amount of bags of the same selected brand & size products at any Korna Pet locations and get one bag free. (Purchases made online will be separate, please see Delivery Info for more information)
The Korna Loyalty Frequent Buyer Program is restricted to the participating brands and in accordance with the sizes listed below.
The qualifying x amount of bags purchased must fall within the same bag size category to qualify for the free bag.
Free bag will be awarded after purchase of your xth bag. If a member is purchasing their xth bag plus the next bag in the same transaction, the free bag will be awarded on your next visit. A separate, subsequent transaction will be required to receive the free bag.
The entitlement to free bag has no cash value.
All bag purchases will be recorded at the time of purchase. All returned bag purchases will be deducted from your bag total.
The Korna Loyalty Frequent Buyer Bag Program requires that we provide our participating suppliers with your name, address, telephone number, proof of your purchases and eligibility for your free bags so that they may validate eligible purchases. By signing up for the Korna Loyalty program you are consenting to our providing this information to our participating suppliers for these purposes. Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd., reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue any or all Korna Loyalty Frequent Buyer Programs at any time.
Returning Products Purchased at a Korna Pet Store
If you're not satisfied with a product purchased in the store, bring the product in its original packaging and in new or salable condition to any Korna Pet store.
We get it, pets are picky. Open food and treat returns must be in original packaging and contain at least 2/3 of the product.
Returns or Exchanges with a Receipt or Korna Loyalty Account:
- Receipts are valid for 60 days from date of purchase.
- If a purchase is paid with cash, a refund will be issued in cash.
- Credit card purchases will be credited to the original card used or a gift card will be issued for future use in store.
- Debit card purchases will be refunded to the original card. If the original card is not available, a gift card will be issued.
- If a purchase is paid with a gift card, a refund will be issued with a gift card.
- If exchanging a product, any positive balance will be refunded in the original form of tender.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns or Exchanges without a Receipt, or Older than 60 days
- Bring the product to any store and a gift card will be issued. If making an exchange, any positive balance will be refunded onto a gift card.
