Korna Pet Return Policy
Please return items in a saleable condition within 60 days. Exchange or store credit on KORNA gift card without a receipt or over 60 days.
Pets can be picky - Open food & treat returns with original packaging, 2/3 full. Refunds are made in the same payment form as the original purchase, or by KORNA gift card.
Large cash returns will be refunded onto a KORNA gift card.
