Korna Pet Return Policy

At Korna Pet, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, however, you need to return any items, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

General Returns: Please ensure that the items are returned in a saleable condition within a 60-day timeframe.
If you are unable to provide a receipt or if the return is being made after 60 days, we offer the option of an exchange or store credit via a Korna Pet gift card.

Food and Treat Returns: We understand that pets may not always appreciate certain foods or treats.
In such cases, we accept returns of open food and treat products, as long as the original packaging is provided and at least 2/3 of the product remains.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment whenever possible.
In the event of large cash returns, the refund will be made onto a Korna Pet gift card.

By adhering to these return guidelines, we can provide a smoother, more efficient service for you and your furry friends.

Terms and Conditions for Korna Pet's Frequent Buyer Program

By becoming a member of Korna Pet Loyalty, you will receive all of the perks of our Frequent Buyer Programs. This includes special offers such as buy 12 and get 1 free.

You don't have to worry about carrying around messy paperwork or bundles of punch cards. We'll take care of it all for you.

To participate in Korna Pet's Frequent Buyer program, customers must have complete information in their Korna Loyalty account. Customers are responsible for paying all taxes, including sales tax on the free item, at the time of redemption. Offers are not valid if copied or transferred and have no cash value. Frequent buyer redemptions cannot be combined with other offers. Points can only be earned in-store, while the frequent buyer program is available both in-store and through kornapet.com. Korna Pet reserves the right to amend or modify the program, including the right to discontinue it at any time. Korna Pet also reserves the right to cancel a customer's participation in the program if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Korna Pet's Loyalty Points

To participate in Korna Pet's Loyalty program, customers must have complete information in their Korna Loyalty account

For every non-sale item purchased, we give you one point per dollar spent.

Choose your rewards:

200 points for $8 off
500 points for $25 off
1000 points for $60 off

When you redeem a dollar amount as a reward, your total purchase must be at least that amount or more. Additionally, rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and Conditions for Korna Pet's Very Important Pet (VIP) Club

To participate in Korna Pet's VIP program, customers must have complete information in their Korna Loyalty account
Becoming a VIP member comes with exclusive benefits, including access to special promotions and discounts.
To become a VIP and start enjoying the perks you must have visited within the past 90 days and earned a minimum of 500 lifetime points.

Come into the store during their birthday week and receive a gift. And don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you – you'll receive a little something on your birthday too!
Terms and Conditions for Korna Pet's Seniors Day
Seniors (60+) get 10% off all regular priced when they shop at any of our store locations on the last Thursday of every month.
If you are eligible for the Seniors Day discount, please let us know at the counter, and we will happily apply it for you.
