Does the job. Price has increased by nearly 50% since we bought a few months ago though.

For web orders, the price is slightly higher due to the nature of the service—since it’s a 40lb product, delivery costs are significant. To keep things fair, we also limit online orders to 3 bags at a time.

That said, we want you to know our in-store price remains lower at $10.99, so if you’re able to shop in person, you can take advantage of that value. We truly appreciate your support and always strive to balance quality, service, and fair pricing.

Wood Pellet Delivery was unacceptable

This review is not about the product which I like but the delivery. I specifically asked for this delivery to be left with my building's concierge and instead it was left outside my building in an unsecured location. I am very unhappy about this.
