At Korna, your satisfaction is very important to us. So, we’ve made our return policies easy.

 

Returning Online Purchases
 

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus shipping charges). Product must be in its original packaging in new or saleable condition.

 

In-Store
 

To return an item in-store that was purchased at kornapet.com, bring in its original packaging, plus the packing slip or the shipping confirmation email to your nearest Korna Pet location. If you do not have the same credit card that you used to make your kornapet.com purchase, you'll receive a gift card for the appropriate amount. Gift cards can be used for future in-store purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

By Mail
 

Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and include the packing slip (retain a copy for your records). Send the package via a traceable and insurable method. Please note: exchanges are not available by mail. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.

Small Print

 

The frozen foods, cat posts, and some crates on our web store are only available for local delivery and cannot be shipped Canada-wide.

The entitlement to free bag has no cash value.

All bag purchases will be recorded at the time of purchase. All returned bag purchases will be deducted from your bag total.

 

The Korna Loyalty Frequent Buyer Bag Program requires that we provide our participating suppliers with your name, address, telephone number, proof of your purchases and eligibility for your free bags so that they may validate eligible purchases. By signing up for the Korna Loyalty program you are consenting to our providing this information to our participating suppliers for these purposes.
